The best way to store your potatoes is to keep them inside the paper bag they arrive in and placed in a cool, dark environment away from any onions.
Do not store potatoes in a plastic bag.

Our potatoes are grown locally in Western Australia.
Our growing districts are Pemberton, Manjimup, Busselton, Myalup, GinGin, Lancelin, Dandaragan and the Perth Metro area (Wattleup, Karnup and Baldivis).

Most brushed potatoes if stored correctly ,can be expected to last up to 6 weeks.
However, some varieties such Kipfler and Royal Blue sprout faster than other varieties due to their dormancy (body clock). -
Yes. If your potatoes have begun to sprout they are still okay to eat. Just trim the skin off the potato and use as normal.

Unlike common potato varieties such as Nadine, Volare, Blues, and Reds, which produce large quantities year-round, gourmet potatoes like Kipfler or Prince of Orange have a fingerling shape.
These varieties don't have a high yield, resulting in a higher price on the domestic market compared to their more common counterparts.
