REDS

Red potatoes are a type of potato with red skin and white or yellow flesh.

They have a waxy, dense texture and a sweet, nutty flavour, making them perfect for dishes where you want the potato to hold its shape, such as potato salads, roasting, or boiling.

  • The Rodeo has light red skin with light yellow flesh. It has a year round growing season. It’s great for roasting, baking , boiling and salads.

  • The Canberra has dark red skin with light yellow flesh. It has a year round growing season. It’s great for roasting, boiling, mashing, baking and fries.

  • The Prince of Orange has light red skin with dark yellow flesh. It’s growing season is all year round. It’s perfect for boiling, roasting, curries, salads, gnocchi, BBQ, fries, stews and mash.

  • The Mozart has light pink (sunrise) skin with light cream flesh. It has a growing season from April to October. It’s great for mashing, roasting, baking and chips.

BLUES

Blue potatoes are a variety of potatoes characterised by their striking blue skin.

  • The Imperial Blue has deep purple skin with light cream flesh. It has a year round growing season. It’s great for roasting, mashing, fries, salads and gnocchi

  • The Royal Blue has purple skin with light yellow flesh. It’s growing season is all year round. It’s perfect for roasting, mashing, chips and gnocchi.

CREAMs

Cream potatoes are a variety of potatoes with cream skin and cream/yellow flesh. They have a medium starch content and a creamy texture.

Cream potatoes are incredibly versatile and can be used in a wide range of dishes. They're excellent for boiling, mashing, baking, roasting, and frying, making them a go-to potato choice for many home cooks.

  • The Colomba is a low calorie potato variety that has cream skin and flesh. It’s growing season is all year round and it’s great for boiling, BBQ, mashing, soups, stews and microwaving.

  • The Neptune has light cream skin with light yellow flesh. It has a growing season from November to June. It’s perfect for roasting, mashing, baking, wedges, chips and hassleback.

  • The Avanti has light cream skin and flesh with a growing season from May to November. It’s great for boiling, mashing, soups, stews and microwaving.

  • The Maris Piper has light cream skin and flesh with a growing season from late July to November. It’s perfect for roasting, chips, mashing and baking. It’s also Jamie Oliver’s favourite potato!

  • The Kipfler has light cream skin and flesh with a growing season from January to December. It’s great for roasting, wedges, salads, baking and boiling.
